Kristi founded Lotus, building on her decades-long accounting and operations leadership experience. Throughout her career she's supported small, medium, and large organizations through tremendous growth. Though Kristi has worked extensively in federal government contracting, she also has experience within local and state government contracting, as well as commercial sectors. No matter the industry, she thrives off of the unique challenges a growing company can face and finds problem solving and client satisfaction rewarding. Knowing that she's provided stellar support, leaving her clients with one less thing to keep them up at night is Kristi's primary goal.
